A former daily newspaper editor who has worked in media across the country for over a decade, Niall has shifted his sights to transport infrastructure communications in recent years and hasn’t looked back!

Niall is a self-proclaimed infrastructure enthusiast, with a diverse range of experience covering the West Gate Tunnel Project and the Department of Transport.

In week one he’s already hit the ground running, and is keen to get stuck into the diverse range of projects at NP!

Today is #ruok Day, a reminder to check in with your colleagues, friends and family to see how they’re going in life.

Our team are getting together for a virtual morning tea, wearing yellow and checking-in with one another over a cupcake or two!

This year’s theme, ‘There’s more to say after R U OK?’ reminds us we don’t need to be experts to keep a conversation going when someone says they’re not OK. But we can help someone feel supported and access appropriate help long before they’re in crisis, which can make a real positive difference to their life.

We are very excited to welcome to our Sydney office, Liam Gooley, Senior Consultant – Environmental + safety advisory.

With over nine years’ experience in the contaminated land space, Liam has worked on a range of large-scale remediation and validation projects including validating the asbestos remediation of a former industrial facility, remediation of chlorinated hydrocarbon in soil vapour, and a large PFAS investigation.

We are growing and so excited to welcome another new member to the NP team – Halley McCann, Principal – Environmental, safety + sustainability advisory.
Halley has been instrumental in helping to design and develop a range of sustainability policy and programs over the last 15 years – in government, the not-for-profit and private sectors.
Much of Halley’s work has focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation; disaster resilience, and the circular economy, particularly as it relates to vulnerable communities; health and human services; and critical infrastructure (transport, water, energy and waste especially). “I am really looking for to working with clients on building resilience in their business, services, assets and policy. We are living in challenging times where disaster resilience and supporting those most in need couldn’t be more critical.” “The NP culture is very unique, and I am really excited to be part of it and contribute to it. Craig is an expert skilled in transport infrastructure advisory, business case development, asset management and rolling stock procurement. He’s helped both governments and private industry plan, procure, operate and maintain their road, rail and rolling stock assets. “I’m really motivated by helping others be the best version of themselves.
