“I love to run. It’s mentally and physically restorative and makes me feel alive. This wasn’t always the case. When I first started doing medium to longer distances around 12 years ago, I used to find running a drag. I’d huff and puff and struggle my way through 5 kilometres. Now when I’m out there on the track I can find myself in a kind of meditative state; able to run for hours without stopping.” Dash recently conquered the annual Wangaratta Marathon, finishing 25th overall and 9th in his age group.
He is now leading a group of Nation Partners employees during ‘March through March’, undertaking a challenge to walk the equivalent distance between Port Douglas and Hobart.
