Communications and stakeholder engagement advice and support
Projects under Victoria’s Big Build include the Level Crossing Removal Project, Metro Tunnel, Regional Rail Revival, Melbourne Airport Rail, Suburban Rail Loop, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel and numerous other major road projects.
Nation Partners has worked collaboratively with the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority to provide communications and stakeholder engagement advice and services across Victoria’s major transport projects.
Key achievements include overseeing an audit of communications and stakeholder activities across the program, assisting with the development and launch of a new creative advertising campaign and website and providing strategic advice around major project milestones such as the development of the North East Link project and formation of Major Road Projects Victoria.

Our team provided support to the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority’s busy digital communications team. Key activities included establishing new digital channels such as online engagement platforms and websites as well as assisting with the day-to-day management of digital activities. Our team also played a hands-on role for major milestones and announcements, providing a full suite of communications and engagement services such as event management, written communications, advertising services and online communications.
