People and planet over profits
We have always seen the need for business to play a role in creating a new and more equitable economy for people and the planet. We have pioneered a new business model to minimise our footprint, give back and allow us to thrive and deliver the greatest impact possible. As a certified B Corporation we meet the highest international governance, social and environmental standards and have included the planet as a stakeholder in our Corporate Constitution.
As a profit-with-purpose business, we direct 4% of all profits towards climate change action and to the communities most impacted. We have granted more than $300,000 and partnered with organisations to support Indigenous cultural burns, ocean clean-ups, clean energy projects and biodiversity protection.
Our way of working
We have explored new and innovative ways of working in effort to promote creativity and allow all our people to play to their strengths. Grounded in the belief that collective wisdom can find us better solutions and drive greater impact, we have removed traditional layers of hierarchy and cultivated a culture where everyone has a voice in the decisions that impact them. Our ‘Teal’ inspired way of working has become an enabler to delivering on our purpose and having a positive impact on our world. We have created a safe space for wholeness – allowing everyone to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion.
Reconciliation Action Plan
We are committed to standing with Aboriginal People in self-determination, healing country and respecting the meaning of the stories, song lines and lore. We acknowledge and respect the deep connection to Country that our Traditional Owners have held for generations past and will continue to do so for generations to come.
